Daniel M. Fowler was born in Chicago, Illinois. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Monmouth College, then received his J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law in 1974. During law school, he joined the Denver Law Journal and served as an Associate Editor. He began his legal career at Wood, Ris & Hames, P.C. in Denver as a student law clerk, later becoming an associate and shareholder. In April 1987, he co-founded what is now McLetchie, Bradley & Fowler P.C. with Tim Schimberg. His practice focuses on civil litigation and general representation in commercial, construction, transportation, and personal injury matters for both private and public sector clients. His experience includes construction site accidents, heavy and highway equipment liability, heavy truck matters, common carrier issues, premises liability, and recreational risk litigation.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys boating, motorcycling, golfing, and skiing. He has two adult sons and one granddaughter.
