Madison Alder was born and raised in Alabama. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Denver before attending Gonzaga University School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2025.

While in law school, Madi served as an Associate Editor of the Gonzaga Law Review and worked as a research assistant focusing on environmental topics. Her academic work has been published in both the Gonzaga Law Review and the Harvard Environmental Law Review. She also gained hands-on legal experience working with the Gonzaga University Office of General Counsel and the Washington State Attorney General’s Office.

Madison joined McLetchie, Bradley & Fowler P.C. in December of 2025. Outside of work, she enjoys watching college football (roll tide!), quilting, and spending time outdoors.
